I would recommend Silent Guardian to anyone with my eyes closed. Joe and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. He recently updated my original cameras that he installed back in 2008 to the all-new 5 MP camera. Cameras have amazing quality. While Joe may be slightly pricier on installation compared to the big corporates like Slomim and ADT, he is cheaper or comparable on monthly monitoring and blows them out of he water in customer service. He is always available by text and phone - even came out on Super Bowl Sunday on such short notice for our initial consultation. I know he is someone I can rely on for years to come and he knows his security (they have a background in security) and so I look forward to stay with him going forward for our new place.

I Plan to have them come to install landscape lighting around my home next. I live on a dark corner and agree that adding light will cut down on my vulnerabilities.

This company is the best there is. Joe and Sam installed a top notch surveillance system at my home. The quality of the video is amazing. They also installed a ring video doorbell. These two additions to my home have been an excellent choice. I have peace of mind now and I never have to worry because 24 hours per day I have eyes on my home and the surroundings. I have an older style home so it is not the easiest to work with but the techs from Silent Guardian managed to conceal all of the cameras wires within the facade of my home. The cameras look as if they were installed when the home was being built. I am very impressed!

We had both an alarm system and a camera system installed and we're very happy with them. Joe was great to work with; he drew up three different camera proposals because I was unsure of my budget. He explained the advantages and limitations of each camera without trying to upsell me. The installations were done efficiently and professionally, and the pricing was very reasonable. Joe set up all the online parameters for the camera system and gave me a solid tutorial on how to use the viewing app. He was very receptive to questions and concerns and didn't rush through the process at all. Any questions I emailed were answered promptly, as well. Silent Guardian did a great job and I highly recommend their services.
